I work with adults in a collaborative relationship offering psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. Psychotherapy sessions typically run for up to 55 minutes and may occur 2x/weekly. Sometimes, people wish to go deeper into the thoughts and feelings that come up in therapy. In such cases, psychoanalysis can be useful, whereby sessions occur up to 4x/weekly.
